The Peninsula School Adventure Club is not really a club at all! Members of The Peninsula School community and their friends have the opportunity to join the activities offered. There are no membership fees or forms to fill in – students of all year levels and their families are invited to explore their potential by joining us in search of adventure.
There is no set schedule of events, but every year we offer at least two overseas expeditions and several local experiences. Whether it be SCUBA diving in Fiji, surfing in The Maldives, snowsports at Mt Hotham or rock-climbing at Mt Arapiles, these activities are open to all.
These trips have a true sense of community about them, as we often have many families joining us year after year. Destinations in previous years have included Beqa Island, Raki Raki, Kadavu and Naigani (in Fiji); and Santo, Hideaway and Aore Islands in Vanuatu. Over the years, our students have enjoyed some unique experiences and we are proud of offering only the highest quality trips using safe and reputable providers. There is a wealth of experience on staff at Peninsula, and the School offers a breadth of opportunities that few could match.
Trips are advertised early each year to the School community via the Weekly Bulletin and News@TPS. Contact Adventure Club Coordinator Alan Wiggs on 9788 7732 for more information.
Parents wishing to view the School are invited to contact our Admissions Office, who welcome enquiries at any time and will be happy to arrange personal tours for families. Telephone (03) 9788 7753 or email email@example.com.
