TPS Presents is an exciting Concert series being held at The Peninsula School featuring both local and international quality musical acts. Curated by our Head of Instrumental Music, Dr Richard Vaudrey, the series will ensure a diverse range of professional performances of all music styles. This is an exciting addition to local community and an opportunity for students and families to experience performances normally only found in large city environments. Electrifying performances from artists you know of and artists you’ll never have discovered until now! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
to either subscribe to the series or book tickets.
TPS Presents The Grubs
Thursday 21 July, 7pm, Performing Arts Centre
Our next ‘amazing as usual’ TPS Presents concert will feature ‘The Grubs’. The Grubs are a Melbourne based New Orleans style trad jazz band, with an emphasis on bringing a larrikin, Australian approach to the music. Expect a raucous set of New Orleans party music, transported to Mt Eliza - with a focus on collective improvisation, syncopated dance rhythms and general rowdiness. The band is a classic Dixieland septet featuring Vocals, Trumpet, Clarinet, Trombone, Banjo, Double Bass and Drum Kit. Be sure to mark the date in your diary and book your tickets by emailing email@example.com
