The
range of
curricular
and
extra-curricular
activities
at
Peninsula
School
assists
individual
knowledge
and
skill
development
for
successful
transitions
through
the
Middle
School.
A
particular
focus of
our
program
is the
assistance
of Year
7
students
during
the
transition
from a
primary
school
environment.
Prior to
beginning
the
year, a
diverse
range of
activities
and
opportunities
exist
for
students
to
develop
a better
understanding
of the
School
and meet
other
students.
Activities
Program
The
Peninsula
School
provides
a wide
variety
of
co-curricular
pursuits
to
encourage
students
to
broaden
their
experiences
in the
Middle
School.
The
program
provides
the
opportunity
to learn
new
skills
whilst
interacting
with
students
of
similar
interest
at
different
year
levels.
Over the
three
years,
the
students
will
participate
in 6
different
activities
that
they may
have
otherwise
not
experienced.
A
large
number
of new
activities
were
recently
introduced
including
Group
Fitness,
Fun with
Chinese
Arts &
Food,
Motor
biking,
Photography,
Self-defence,
and
Volleyball.
With
over
twenty
choices
offered
at each
semester,
students
enjoy
the
challenges
of
learning
a new
skill
and
working
collaboratively
in a
team
environment.
