The Perry Building is named after Mr Doug Perry who has been a long term committed Board Member of the School. This building was completed at the commencement of the 2007 school year and houses Year 7 and 8 students. It too is a state of the art building and has won awards for its innovative construction. This forms part of the “Middle School” with the Year 9 students breaking away slightly (although still under the umbrella of the Middle School) and know as the Pre Senior School.

Students have fantastic facilities where they have their own classroom and move to the “specialty” areas when required. The Head of the Middle School is based in this building as is the Heads of Year for both Year 7 and Year 8. 

The building is equipped with a plasma television and a homely gas fire place together with couches for students to relax and enjoy a movie.
