

The Peninsula School offers several scholarships across multiple year levels. Please refer to the information below for an overview of our Scholarship program.
The Peninsula School offers Academic Scholarships and General Excellence Scholarships for students entering Grade 5 and Year 7 annually. For further details click to go to:

Year 7 scholarship information
Academic Scholarships entail a 50% tuition fee remission and General Excellence Scholarships up to a 30% remission.
Applications for the Grade 5 and Year 7, 2014 Academic and General Excellence scholarships have now closed. Applications for 2015 Scholarships will open in Term 4.
In addition, the School offers one annual Robert Barr-Smith Scholarship and one annual Sir Reginald Ansett Scholarship to eligible students entering Year 7.
Male students from Victoria who are not currently enrolled at the School may also apply for the Robert Barr-Smith Scholarship for entry into Year 7. This is a General Excellence, means-tested scholarship, and entails a full remission of tuition fees tenable from the commencement of Year 7 through to the completion of Year 12.

Applications for 2014 Barr-Smith scholarship have now closed. Applications for 2015 Scholarships will open in Term 4.
The Sir Reginald Ansett Scholarship is a scholarship for a girl or boy entering into Year 7 and entails a full remission of tuition fees, tenable from the commencement of Year 7 through to the completion of Year 12, including all associated costs. This is a General Excellence, means-tested scholarship.

The Lomholt Music Scholarship is offered from time-to-time to promising musicians who are not currently enrolled at the School. Applicants must have at least 3 years experience on their chosen instrument and be playing at an advanced level. This auditioned scholarship attracts approximately 50% remission on tuition fees and free music instruction on the student’s chosen instrument. The Scholarship is tenable from Years 7 to 12 but applicants may enter the School at any secondary year level. Students seeking to enter The Peninsula School at Year 11 may apply for our Class of ’99 Memorial Scholarship. This is a General Excellence means-tested full Scholarship, tenable for Years 11 and 12.
The recipient need not necessarily be an outstanding academic, but must show a strong commitment to his or her studies. In addition, he or she will be able to detail achievements in areas outside the academic program, such as sports, debating or music. Ideally the Scholarship will be awarded to a student who would otherwise not have had the opportunity to attend the School. Please click here for further information and application forms.
